[Info-vax] MOUNT.../SHADOW gives MOUNT-F-IVDEVNAM

Very odd.  I rebooted one node of the cluster.  There are 3 shadow sets in
the cluster, DSA0, DSA1 and DSA2.  Now, on the node that was rebooted, I'm
only able to mount DSA0 (MOUNT/SYSTEM DSA0 /SHADOW=($1$DKA100,$1$DKA200)).
The other two shadow set mounts fail with MOUNT-F-IVDEVNAM.  OpenVMS V8.4
on Alpha.
