Sort of.  Earlier you could set the clock to interrupt at up to 1K/sec
(on an NVAX) and have your timer entries delivered, but with a later
change, they were all queued to be released only on 100 MS
boundaries.  If you can get better that 1/100th granularity (from user
code) now, I'd like to know.
