[Info-vax] HSZ console drops to NINDY...

I've been trying to RESTART OTHER but I was getting an error.  So, I made
up a cable to connect to the RJ12 console on the HSZ.  One works fine; the
other drops me into "Intel NINDY" and a => prompt.  Google tells me it's 
a debugger in the Intel i960.  The error codes on the working HSZ tell me
that it can't RESET or ASSET because OTHER has NINDY 'on' or in 'debug'.
So, the question is, and googling all of the HSZ docs hasn't gottem me any
more than info on the error codes, how do I get OUT of this mode so that
the HSZ can boot?
