[Info-vax] HSZ console drops to NINDY...

It's just a normal DECconnect "MMJ type" cable but instead of an MMJ, one
end has an RJ12.  Conductors are crossed as with a normal DECconnect with
MMJs.

The cable works with the other HSZ just fine.  

FWIW, I was able to get out of NINDY with a "GO" command.  I now get
the HSZ software V5.2 but it's complaining that the serial number is
not correct -- call field service.  Sheesh!

HSZ50s.  I need to configure these to run some tests.  Damn.  They
did work last time they were in service.

I have one controller functional but I need to have both for these
tests I'm to run.
