I just successfully transferred the file from www.digiater.nl. I used
this command:

     $ copy/ftp/bin/anonymous www.digiater.nl::"openvms/freeware/v70/notes/vax/notes_csc025.a" []

(beware of line wrap).

The backup/list command to reveal the block size did not work for me.

I tried the RESET_BACKUP_SAVESET_ATTRIBUTES command file from
stanq.com. I think there is an error in it. It looks to me like the
"%x28*8" should be simply "%x28". Anyway, I will reveal to you that
the correct block size is 9216, so use that number in your SET
FILE/ATTRIBUTES command.
