These saveset were hopelessly corrupted on the Freeware CD.  They appear
to have been ftp'ed in test mode.  I have them on:

http://www.DECUSlib.com/Freeware/FreewareV70/Notes/VAX/

but you're not going to be able to use them from there either.  It's
also this way on the FreewareV60 CD.  Yes, it sucks.  IF somebody has
a useable set of kits, I'll put them up for download.
