OK.  So rounding 9000 up to a block boundary is 9216.  I changed the file
attributes of these on my server and BACKUP is happy with them; however,
it still doesn't fix the HTTP download problem.  It still treats them as
stream_LF.

I think I'll go through the Freeware CDs on the site, fix those needing to
be fixed and then, create self-extracting ZIPs of these kits for download.
