The remote Linux or Windows systems do not need to be Integrity based:
The release notes specifies X86 Linux and the Windows kit doesn't
specify the architecture.

The installation instructions state the requirement that the two
systems must be on the same network because that is a requirement of
the HPSUM software used to execute the remote install: "iLO-3 MP(s)
must be on the network (reachable from local system) and have static
IP or be configured with DHCP."

It does look like the ILo3 includes the virtual media license, but
interestingly, the System Firmware upgrades listed only allow HPSUM
for installation, so the virtual media doesn't help.
