Try asking about OS Independent firmware updates here (as shown in the 
firmware release notes):

I don't see the old (easy) USB method, not what might be the firmware files 
/ scripts in the package. What I see in there looks a lot like the Proliant 
Firmware Update process with a .SCEXE file.
