[Info-vax] ZIP and UNZIP maximum file size

I personally can't say much about HUGE numbers of files in an archive, 
but can vouch for the fact that ZIP 3.0 and UNZIP 6.0 work fine in 
zipping files of several dozen GB (how's that for a unit?).
