Which only tells you how it is that one time, that one set of
compiler options, ..., not what it is guaranteed to be.
That's the kind of approach that does not consult the documentation,
leading to lots of work for maintenance programmers. And when I
worked in sofftware maintenance I hated fixing the resulting garbage.
