I was thinking more along the lines of people telling you OpenVMS
isn't mainstream and you being able to tell them "You can buy a book
on it at Sears, the same time you are buying dress shirts, a suit, and
power tools.  How much more mainstream do you have to be?"

Speaking of such things...have there been any more "OpenVMS laptops"
surfacing?  I'm not talking about some God awful Charon catastrophe,
I'm talking about Alpha or Itanium laptops.  I mean if they already
have blades, there should be at least a few lunchbox computers out
there and one or two sewing machines.
