I very much doubt it. Sun was aquired specifically for it's hardware 
business
and, as in the case of dec of old, allows a much greater degee of 
optimisation
at the h/w-s/w level.

Unlike hp, the new owners of sun seem to have a clue as to what the 
enterprise
business is about and the resources to make it happen...
