   But not exactly like that.  Note that MMS and MMK
(especially older versions of either) may differ in the way
they handle such description-file conditionals.  The VMS
MMS/MMK builders for recent Info-ZIP programs contain code
which should work everywhere with everything, and may serve
as helpful MMS/MMK examples.
