This is your incoming mail. What version TCPIP are you on?
If < 5.7 do a  $ show config SMTP ( which shows settings for outgoing
mail)
on both the old and new machine and look for differences.

If you're on 5.7 you might have a configuration file (TCPIP$SMTP.CONF?
I am talking from memory, sorry).
