I remember seeing that in the sun select (?) catalogs at some time and 
may be able to find the
part number, if that's any help. Have you checked with sun to see if its 
still available ?.

One alternative might be to have a look at the linux decnet driver and 
see if that will compile
under solaris. The open solaris project (not Oracle may even have it 
included already...
