The granularity of the bitmap is 127 blocks, so what you're seeing is 
two bits set in the bitmap.  Yes, there could literally be 254 blocks 
written, but it's likely to be two separate writes that are more than 
127 block apart.
Likely to be just standard Files-11 stuff as part of mounting a volume, 
but I'm not really sure.
