I haven't worked for Intel for about 5 years so I
can't say for certain.  VMS was certainly being 
phased out as quickly as possible.  All new fabs
were VMS-clean.  Whether any of the old 200mm
fabs are still operational, and whether those still
have a few apps on VMS, I can't say.

Assembly & Test were still tied to Workstream (VMS)
when I left.  I would not be at all surprised if
they've been converted as well.
