Offer what they would have gotten from the recycler, at most, with you 
hauling it away for free.

Don't bother with DSSI disks unless you can find someone making new 
ones, which you won't.  Buying used toilet paper to replace your used 
toilet paper strikes me as a waste of money.  If your machine has SCSI, 
go with that.
