Job requirements: All the normal VMS system management stuff, plus knowledge of ACMS, CDD, DecForms. Nice to have skills: 

* Knowledge of other operrating systems, e.g., Linux.
* Background in Incoming Voice Response (IVR) / Voice Response Unit (VRU).
* Troubleshoot communicattions problems related to TCP/IP with connections between Dialogic boards, Harris switches, databases, and applications.
* Experience in programmiing languages, e.g. C.
* Hands-on networking expperience.
* Knowledge of Intel/Diallogic telephony interfaces.
