If you don't have the manuals in hard copy, you can still get a lot of
useful information from the HELP command. Try HELP HELP. It should
tell you how to use the HELP command.
You could try SHOW ERROR and/or ANALYZE ERROR
You could also purchase the VMS documentation. The DOC set should tell
you everything you need to know. More, actually!
Or you could pay someone to read it for you! I'm available! ;-) I must
warn you that I don't work for peanuts!
