[Info-vax] TCPIP Proxy RMS-F-DUP question

Folks:

I had a proxy for user DIETERV in TCPIP, but it was not in the dynamic
database.  I removed it, and now I see this:

TCPIP> show proxy

-TCPIP-I-PROXYINFO, User: DIETERV, UID:        206, HOST: hoegaarden
-RMS-F-DUP, duplicate key detected (DUP not set)

I can't figure out why it would be giving an RMS-F-DUP error when
there is no record for that user.

Is a reboot the only way to clear this?
