[Info-vax] VMSTAR V4.0, Wget 1.13.4 for VMS

   Desperate for a good time?

   VMSTAR V4.0 should now be available:

      http://antinode.info/dec/sw/vmstar.html

This is essentially the same as what's been floating around
for a while as V3.5-pre12.  I decided that it was
sufficiently different from V3.4 to justify incrementing the
major version number.  It's now packaged with objects and
executables.  Not thoroughly tested, of course, but no one
has complained about much recently.


   Wget 1.13.4 for VMS should now be available:

      http://antinode.info/dec/sw/wget.html

Most of the changes are various bug fixes, but a feature or
two might have been added over the past few years.  It's not
tested any more than usual, but basic operation seems ok.
Some of the general code modernization may cause trouble for
older VMS versions.  Complaints are always welcome, but, as
usual, low expectations are more realistic than high ones.


   In each case, reading the documentation before complaining
might be wise.
