[Info-vax] simple(?) HBVS/MINICOPY questions

What is the point of specifying /POLICY=MINICOPY with MOUNT?  Is it only
to make sure that the bitmap is created in case of a crash?  (If a
member is dismounted intentionally, then one can specify
/POLICY=MINICOPY with the DISMOUNT command.)  Is there any disadvantage 
of doing this, perhaps the MINICOPY taking longer than if not specified
until DISMOUNT removes a member?  Is the bitmap zeroed like with HBMM?
