My Windows systems do reboot more than most but then that's usually 
because I'm applying security patches or adding a new bit of hardware.

Seriously though, I've had a couple of reboot requests recently. One when 
adding a new disk, the other when adding a new keyboard.  Moreover, 
although the Windows desktop world has the concept of Patch Tuesday (a 
host of patches comes on the second Tuesday of the month), or the server 
editions security patches never stop coming.
