[Info-vax] TCP/IP problem with Alpha VMS 8.4

Well, right there, you might have imagined that all was not well.  You don't give any info 
on "failed to complete", but, if you addressed this, perhaps you might fix your problem.

I'm at a loss to understand why anyone would find a failure, and then expect things to 
work before fixing the failure ????
