[Info-vax] VPM_SERVER on VAX disappears

There is no such process, either.

Multinet V5.3. No problem so far with that one.

Here I have BGx devices, where x is a number.

Ok, here I got nothing but I realized that I had to turn accounting on for
detached processes (SET ACCOUNTING/ENABLE=DETACHED). Then I saw the process
exiting with %SYSTEM-F-EXQUOTA. So I continued to add all kinds of parameters
to the RUN/DETACHED command and found that /PAGE_FILE cured the problem.
After all, I had to modify system parameters PQL_MPGFLQUOTA and PQL_DPGFLQUOTA.
They are now at 25000 and things work as expected without a /PAGE_FILE
qualifier in the VPM$STARTUP.COM procedure.
