Note that the power supply isn't like the old DEC ones where the switch
was a 100vac switch.

These power supplies are "software" ones where either the RMC or that
small switch send a signal to the power supply to turn on or off.

Note that the power switch must be pushed in for the RMC to be able to
power on via software. (it can't override a power button in the "off"
position).
