lighttpd. Looked at various options, but mysql is dead easy to set up,
seems
to have quite a lot of different db options, has command line and
windows based
gui client (mysql workbench) and it's free.
No expert on db systems, and it may not have all the bells and whistles
of some of
the proprietary offerings, but seems pretty impressive to me. It just
works...
