Some of those folks from India speak with an impeccable "Oxonian"
(Oxford) accents! You would need a skin color check to be sure.
I've had the pleasure of working with a couple of these gentlemen (phone
support) and they not only spoke impeccable English but also knew the
tech they were supporting.
