A couple of possible changes you have introduced here.

While I don't immediately see why moving the system disk to SAN should 
make any difference, it is a recent change.

A second NIC in the virtual systems is surely another change.  If you run 
AUTOGEN through to TESTFILES does it make any recommendations which might 
affect the desired value of SYSMWCNT?
