Using Simh of course.  Note that you need to run the vax780 image rather 
than the vax image, because V3 preceded the MicroVAX 3900 that the latter 
supports.

Some kind soul burnt me some CDs with a whole bunch of stuff a few years 
ago.  I've got V1.5 too.  Sadly the rest of the collection didn't survive 
a cleaning lady.
