I have logs of the sessions I used to set up TCP/IP services with a fixed
IP address back in 2000. This was with earlier versions of both VMS and
TCP/IP Services and the dialogues have changed, but there was sufficient
information there to get me going with more up to date versions.
Configuring TCP/IP Services from scratch via TCPIP$CONFIG.COM and using
the menus:
