Not quite so easy, I don't think (but know nothing about this sort of
thing). What you've described is just an atomic scattering experiment
operating at a couple of KeV (unlike that Higgs boson thing operating
at a couple of TeV). What you'd also need (I think) to "print" drugs
is some kind of lock&key enzyme thing to catalyze the desired
chemical reactions. Is something that can print drugs actually
on the drawing board?
