[Info-vax] FTP is changing the FileName case from Uppercase to lowercase

Specific FTP command used, please?

I'd expect that the command:

COPY /FTP this.that target"user pass"::"Whatever.ThisThat"

would preserve the case of the quoted Whatever.ThisThat filename.
