[Info-vax] FTP/SSL from OpenVMS (client) to Unix Filezilla (server) failure

In reply To Dirk, The difference I notice in FileZilla FTPS and FTPES is that with FTPES, Filezilla send an "AUTH TLS" as soon as the connection  is established. If I enter "AUTH TLS" in OpenVMS client session (i.e. after $FTP/SSL Server port ...) I get the message "already authenticated" which means the the connection is already in explicit mode.
