[Info-vax] Attaching an actual 3.5" floppy drive to SIMH-VAX RXV21 device?

Thanks for reminding me, I had one of those once.

My main use of floppies on my 3100 and Alphas was getting Hobbyist 
licenses onto them.  I did that using VMS INITed disks.  That was much 
less hassle than using PCDISK or similar utilities.
