[Info-vax] Apache log rotation

   I'm running "CPQ AXPVMS CSWS V2.1-1", and although I do
seem to have an APACHE$COMMON:[BIN]ROTATELOGS.EXE, I've never
tried to use it, so I know nothing, but ...

I'd be a little amazed if any of this UNIXy code could deal
with a VMS-style file spec like that.  My (simple) directive
looks like:
      CustomLog logs/access_log combined
so I'd expect anything to have a UNIX-style spec, and a
relative one works for a simple log.
