The site: http://www3.sympatico.ca/n.rieck/ is hosted by my ISP, is not running OpenVMS, and does not serve up "favicon.ico" (but it wouldn't be hard to do it from a meta statement which is not the same as having the webserver do it).
This site: http://www.bellics.com/ is running Apache on OpenVMS and does serve up "favicon.com"
