   Most of the criminals in D.C. would agree with you.  A few of them,
   however, have found a trip to Wyoming makes the illegal gun traffic 
   into D.C. harder to trace.

   And in far too many cases, the criminal who did the purchase would not
   have been allowed to make the same purchase in Maryland.

   Why is it that in Maryland, I can buy guns legally, but the criminals
   have to go to Virginia?
