While it would not surprise me that there were third-party providers
looking to provide Itanium emulation (and leaving aside all discussions
of the long-term value of that approach for OpenVMS end-users), I'd
(still) be skeptical around the value of any data returned from that
survey question, due to its (confusing) wording.
