Having zero experience with Unix, I cannot make those comparisons. However, I
find that VMS has a rich and robust development environment. Yes, compilers do
have a price.
Or maybe I just don't get out much ....
And I will admit, item lists can sometimes be a bit confusing, but can also be
rather versatile.
