   Right.  Because adhering to literary quotation conventions
in a technical context is _so_ much more important than
conveying accurate information.  Compare, for example:

   There are only integer values in the statement, "J = 10".
   There are only integer values in the statement, "J = 10."


> "too", not "to".

   Piling on is so unseemly.  Is this Make Fun of the
Handicapped Week?


   Has anyone else noticed that when the number of postings
in a thread here hits about thirty, the useful-information
content pretty much vanishes?
