[Info-vax] BACKUP/IMAGE, Empty directories and /IGNORE=NOBACKUP

I recall BACKUP bugs.  I recall case of user error.  I recall bad 
backups created with /IGNORE=BACKUP.  I've even seen consistent backups 
that were created with /IGNORE=INTERLOCK, too.  And I've seen 
subdirectories and directories and MFDs and the occasional directory 
loops, too.  I've seen fire and I've seen rain...  <Bollywood dance 
number ensues>   Um, whoops, nevernind...

BACKUP commands used, lists of files included (or not) that should 
(not) have been included, any error messages, OpenVMS versions, patch 
level, etc., please?  Details, in other words.
