Few folks seem to want to deal with "data" at all (unless it is "abstracted"
away to "My Favourite Tool") Objects. ORMs oData and (God help us) Code

Yes children, no referencial integrity, no triggers, no stored procedures
just "easy to understand" C# objects. Forget that you may wish to also
access your data via Python, PHP, or Java or other SQL-fronted application.
Just replicate your business rules/layer everywhere. And replicate your
data. And replicate whatever else. ..
