You mean, did I download Netscape, or did I download and look inside 
one of the DECwindows kits with Netscape Navigator embedded?   No.  I 
haven't.  (HP seems unable to maintain a web site, but that's another 
discussion.)  A wider search snags <http://crpppc19.epfl.ch/vms/exe/>, 
which has files.

Then you might want to post what you've tried, next time.   That'll 
definitely saves folks from wasting their time repeating your searches.

FWIW, there's no need for a web browser on a server, nor for the 
security problems that the use of an old browser can introduce into the 
configuration.
