That board was usually used with VAX ELN for embedded operations.  Obviously.

This stuff is ~20 years old, and predates the use of HTML and the web; 
you're largely restricted to scrounging for old ConOLD distros and 
online copies of same, and reading the docs using the Bookreader tools, 
etc.   And you're way past initiating a migration here, obviously.

The VAX ELN KAV extensions are the manuals you're (probably) looking for...
