IIRC, the molds at the original keyboard vendor wore out, and they 
wanted $500K to create new ones, so VMS keyboards became unavailable for 
a while. I see from their website that Nemonix Engineering is offering 
new replacement keyboards, at least for the US, and even have a WPS 
layout (presumably with the Gold key):
