As promised, looked into our ordering system. Part number was
AB552A#ABF (that's for AZERTY layout, but there is surely one
that better suits you) and price was € 95. Can't recommend you
the company I purchased them from, because it went our of business
2-3 years ago. But searching the net, it seems that you can still
purchase it, for example here
