[Info-vax] LNM$SYSCLUSTER vs. LNM$CLUSTER

I normally use LNM$SYSCLUSTER (or a table with this as the parent table) 
to define cluster-wide logicals.  What is the intended difference 
between this table and LNM$CLUSTER?  For defining logical names?  For 
use as a parent table?
